My time with the Links team, has served to strengthen my belief in the importance of teamwork, and has also given me a strong lead-from-the-front ethos that I intend to carry forward into other roles.I began my time at Links just attending to customers, preparing drinks and resetting the venue, but eventually began to involve myself more in transactions and customer service more broadly. When I joined the supervisor team, I became more involved in higher restaurant operations, liaising with the management team, handling cash remittance and managing other floor staff.
