After having spent a number of years at a ‘big 4′ firm, we established DFK Gooding Partners, a boutique accounting firm to provide high quality, personalised business advisory services. Our key objective was and still is to establish long-term partnerships with their clients by aligning our interests as close as possible with those of our clients. My area of expertise includes income tax, business restructuring, business acquisitions and corporate finance advice.
