I am a business leader on Broadway and an advocate for female future leaders. I believe professional success is most meaningful when accomplished through authentic relationships and community engagement. And I’m a curious thinker and high achiever with a 20-year track record of reaching big goals. As the Executive Vice President of Audience Rewards, I’ve spent the past decade building the official rewards program of Broadway from a startup into a successful, sustainable company. Along the way I have driven our revenue up by 769%, quadrupled our customer base, and built relationships with partners, clients, and colleagues who have become friends. As the company has grown, so have I, moving quickly from Director of Marketing into VP roles and my current position overseeing all aspects of the business, including managing our P&L and board of directors.I am a co-founder of The Broadway Women’s Alliance, a networking and professional development organization that provides monthly programming sessions for our 400+ members from expert speakers in the arts and beyond. I am also a board member for Movemeant Foundation, a non-profit that provides girls and women with tools to build confidence and life skills. As director of partnerships I recently secured the largest sponsorship in our organization’s history to fund grants for economically disadvantaged girls across the country.Recognized as a leader in my field, I’m proud to share that I’ve been interviewed by the Associated Press, Forbes, iHeart Radio, Lead Up for Women, Playbill, and The Wall Street Journal, and selected by CAA as a top-100 young executive in the US via the Ojai Fellows program. And I’d like to connect with you! I appreciate any opportunity to learn from smart, thoughtful, driven leaders. Send me a message and let’s chat.
