As an IT Business Analyst my expertise lies in communicating between business teams and developers to produce time and cost saving system improvements. My career began in data entry, where my passion to improve processes pushed me to develop solutions. This initial experience has been crucial in my success, allowing to see inefficiencies from a business user's prospective.I am an expert in data: SQL, ADF & data pipelines, big data visualization, complex data manipulation, and data clean-up. This expertise allows me to excel at designing solutions and communicating with developers on their terms. My philosophy is to find solutions that meet current needs, but also set up the infastructure for the long term goals.In my current role I also function as the system administrator managing user access in the production and dev environments. By integrating granular permissions to the UI that can be updated quickly through grouping, security management time was majorly reduced. I enjoy creating the solutions for business user pain points, and communicating deadlines, priorities and long term plans for improvements. This aspect of my work is rewarding, and drives me to learn more in my pursuit to bring solutions from an idea to an efficient reality.
