Change, the only constant in life.I believe in teams. When people join forces towards a common goal, the outcome is exponentially bigger than what could be accomplished by the individuals.I have been working in IT for 30+ years starting from Software Development to leading a group of 75 software architects, engineers, QA, and delivery. I worked as a business development manager and also as an account manager for Latin America customers. I witnessed 4 M&As while the companies I worked for went from 1,500 to 100,000+ employees. The lesson I've learned? Be flexible, embrace change, focus on leading your team by empowering them so together you can achieve maximum profitability. In order to be successful at the traits mentioned above you must learn constantly, so you can adapt to every business change; have an open mind and understand deeply your team emotional intelligence, so you can change effectively together; and be creative and cohesive as a unit to be able to identify areas for performance improvement and new revenue sources.Be humble. Learn. Make friends. Live life. Work to make this world better.
