As a Site Manager at Prendergast Development, I directed multiple construction projects from conception to completion, utilizing my strong decision-making skills to adapt to an ever-changing workplace. As a Project Manager at Urbanspace, I managed three teams of five and coordinated 30 employees across three different project locations to ensure all tasks were completed in a timely and effective manner.Additionally, as a former Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, I provided needs-based analysis to ensure clients' long-term financial goals were met at every stage of the process. I also cold called 30 potential clients daily, utilizing my proactive collaboration skills to set meetings and determine whether they were a good fit for the company.As an Associate with the Financial Management Association, I collaborated as part of a team of fund managers to create risk-adjusted returns for our portfolio.
