I enjoy looking into financial problems and finding solutions to better fit customer needs. To get this done I listen to the customers, analyze the given data, look into the missing variable and help my customers get to where they want to be.At my time at Quiktrip I learned multiple skills in problem solving, customer service, team work and multi tasking. when I made the transition to banking I learned skills of better listening to customers, cross-selling products and achieving results to help the company as well as keeping the customer in mind. These skills have helped me learn that:-I enjoy and thrive in high pressure situations. I stay calm in high pressure situations and adversity.-I love to win. While this important to me it doesn't interfere with my ability to do what's best for customer and company Id much rather see the team win. -I work well with co-workers working on projects or just simply working on daily tasks.-I constantly are learning things as I am never satisfied.
