My role includes pre- and post-sales support, functional and non-functional specification and definition for agile projects using user stories, use cases and UML diagrams, and interacting with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all client requirements are fulfilled.

I took part in software development projects for international companies where responsibility, autonomy and efficiency were critical for achieving the Project goals. I designed technical specifications for the software to be developed, such as Use Case diagrams, workflows, alternative paths, process flows etc.I worked with the project’s development team to guarantee that the resultant solution corresponded to the established designs the way they were approved by the client. In the same way, I work with Test Analyst to collaborate in test cases design, improving the software quality on each iteration of the process (Using iterative methodologies like RUP and UML).
