I began my career in the Railway Industry in 2010 upon my completion of high school. Immediately in obtaining a role within the railway sector I quickly learnt the importance of safety in our work environment. I am CROR & TIGS certified with 10 years of leadership experience. I have extensive experience with leading various crew sizes and providing protection. I have amassed experience applying collective agreements and company policies when carrying out my duties of managing and coaching staff, conducting investigations, recommending corrective actions, and responding to grievances. I have attained post secondary education at the College of New Caledonia specializing in Business Administration. I’ve taken great initiative to learn my roles and work my way through the ranks. I've attained many skills within my industry over the past decade, such as: strong attention to detail, being proactive, meeting tight deadlines, providing excellent customer service, working in diverse environments, operating various machinery, completing documents such as work reports, timesheets, worker evaluations, incident reports, daily tool box and hazard outlines in a timely and correct manner. I’ve also expanded my knowledge to work amongst the civil side of the railway industry building grade for siding projects.
