Novak is the first female President/Principal in the firm's 56-year history. Novak has been an integral part of the WSKF team for over 18 years and has been with the firm her entire career. Novak became an owner and principal in late 2019. She has been integral in our firm’s public safety design team that in recent years has designed more than $180 million in fire/EMS/police/dispatch facilities across 11 states. Novak has extensive experience in other areas, such as higher education, senior care, commercial, and government projects. She enjoys working closely with clients to achieve their vision and project goals. She is actively involved in various community boards and has held leadership positions in Rotary since 2015.
