Tim has considerable experience in the health sector, specialising in policy development and its implementation. He has worked at all levels within the health sector - managing national level programmes, delivering regional level service changes and supporting CCGs and Trusts. He improves the performance of organisations and systems through the delivery of complex programmes. These programmes cover a range of skills including organisational change, performance improvement, programme & project management, capacity planning and activity based costing. Key achievements include:• Leading the project to establish a trauma system in London, saving 500 lives a year for critically injured patients. • Managing the £1.5bn national 18 Weeks programme, reducing patient waiting times from over a year to less than 18 weeks• Increasing access to NHS dental services through improved productivity and capacity
