Anthony Daly, a 20-year hospitality veteran got his early start in the Hollywood nightlife and restaurant scene, working all facets of the business. This knowledge and expertise motivated him to create, own and operate the landmark nightlife venues, MyHouse, MyStudio, and Eden. In 2011, Daly executed the sale of his business to SBE, the largest hospitality group on the west coast. In the transition, Daly was hired as the Sr.Director of Nightlife, overseeing all SBE’s nightlife portfolio. It is here where he first was introduced to his new passion for the hotel industry. Working closing with the SBE hotel vertical, Daly was responsible for all the cross pollination between the two divisions. Realizing, he still had much to learn, Anthony left SBE in the summer of 2014 to pursue a MBA from the Acton School of Business in Austin, TX. Upon completion, Anthony joined the Makar Properties team in a new venture to launch Auric Road Petite Resorts, a collection of boutique hotels. As Director of Acquisition and Planning, Anthony has helped guide Auric Road in acquisition strategy, operational systems, strategic partnerships, and brand creation. With SouthHampton Capital, Daly will oversee the deal flow, acquisitions, marketing and operational efficiencies.
