About Andrew Dam

Health Sciences graduate with a research-driven mindset and a passion for community impact. I am currently immersed in my projects informing guideline development for the management of chronic urticaria. I am also working as the Head Manager of Queen's Walkhome, a night-time safe-walk service dedicated to promoting a safe(r) space in the Queen's and Kingston communities. I am deeply committed to student affairs and advocacy, evident in my roles as HSS Academic Affairs Commissioner and QSuccess Peer Mentor at Queen's University. I also co-founded COVID Speaks, an initiative addressing the lack of resources available for multilingual communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond the lab and classroom, I harmonize my interests as Concertmaster in the Queen's Wind Ensemble and Principal Clarinetist in the Queen's Orchestra.Looking forward to connecting with like-minded individuals in the medical field!
