- Strategic Growth and Operations Management: Spearheaded the creation and growth of the company's structure and workforce in Australia, directly resulting in the team’s growth from the ground up to over 20+ employees. Developed and implemented strategic initiatives and relationships to optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity. - Market Expansion & Business Strategy: Formulated and executed a robust business strategy to create, establish and enhance Australian sovereign engineering capability. Successfully expanded the company's market presence in Australia, positioning the company as one of the top naval engineering references within the country. - Project Management: Oversaw project monitoring, resources allocation, budgeting, financial planification/forecasting and client engagement, ensuring client satisfaction and a best-in-class project outcome. Notable project milestones included the successful completion of technical assistance projects, sustainment support and training of variable durations, complying with the deadlines required by the customer while meeting all quality standards and project requirements. - Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Reported directly to the Board of Directors, overseeing day-to-day business operations encompassing finance, strategic planning, HR management, risk assessment, and business continuity. Liaison with a wide range of different stakeholders including clients, government entities, consultants, partners both nationally and internationally. - Government Liaison & Defence Industry Security Program: Forged strong relationships with government entities, public organizations, peak bodies and industry associations, particularly in South Australia and Victoria. Guided Ghenova through Defence Industry Security Program procedures resulting in the obtention of Ghenova’s DISP Membership.
