From a Few Sales to a Platform Builder.Throughout this journey, we faced numerous challenges and opportunities. As the CTO of this startup, I was involved in every stage, from designing and building the infrastructure to troubleshooting, conducting interviews, team-building, and presentations. While developing and reviewing the project’s infrastructure was my primary responsibility, I also contributed to all other aspects.During the development of this project, we made many mistakes, leading to new challenges. However, each of these mistakes provided valuable experience, helping us to improve processes and strengthen both our team and platform.

A friend and I started working part-time to review quality Laravel scripts from CodeCanyon. After evaluating them, we localized the ones that were really good so that local businesses could easily use these scripts. I can say that we were among the first to work on localizing scripts, and Setinco continues to do so with strength. After about two years, due to the increased workload and challenges of the DSTods project, I handed over this brand to my colleague.

I was responsible for developing an e-commerce website for a tile manufacturing company. This involved everything from setting up and managing product variations to handling order completion and price requests. We built this system as a full-stack application using Laravel.

A few friends and I decided to start an online store to sell local, traditional products. At that time, we were pretty inexperienced and spent almost a year working on the project. We got some help from accelerators and put in a lot of effort, but in the end, we realized it would be better to gain more experience first.

I started my work here by grappling with plugins and WordPress, creating various websites. I spent about a year on that, and gradually transitioned into coding.
