Performance analysis - responsibilities include calculating performance attribution on a security and sector level basis and detailing results for distribution to portfolio managers on a monthly basis. Also, analysing portfolio performance relative to the relevant Index to determine sources of added value, and providing reasons for security specific performance (market themes, company specific news)Responding to information requests from portfolio managers, clients, consultants, and other service providers. These requests include regular and ad-hoc requests for client performance including attribution analysis, valuations, transactions, income, and other portfolio details. In addition, quarterly updates of performance, holdings, and characteristics on Leith Wheeler Pooled Funds across multiple third-party databasesPreparing presentation material for clients - updating returns, performance charts, and creating customize content as requested by Portfolio ManagersCompleting prospective client proposals (RFPs) - communicating Leith Wheeler’s investment philosophy, process and strategy. Also, preparing quantitative data including historical performance and portfolio characteristics such as standard deviation, tracking error, active share, and portfolio turnover.Coordinating and responding to cash flow requests Assisting with various projects around the firm
