Microempresa que fundei e administrei.Managing up to 12 employees who dressed according to the theme of the party: Frozen, spider-man, small farm, godzilla, dinosaur, among many others. I trained and prepared the teams to not only play the character but also effectively be the party's recreational team.I developed a technique, trained and gave updates to the face painting teams so that the kids would actually choose something that touched their hearts.I also trained all teams to make balloon sculptures, like puppies and swords, making the party a complete event.
