-Production planner and Purchasing Buyer for 3 production areas: Surgical staplers, medical tapes as wellas Food and Safety sponges. -Purchasing Buyer for packaging and labels used in the Surgical Drapes area.-Create weekly production schedule. Problem solving with Manufacturing, Quality, Production andMaintenance teams to obtain daily attainment for each area. Ensure LT adherence for all FG models.-Execute Capacity analysis in order to prevent or reduce Backorder per FG model, level load firm andforecasted demand where applicable while also arranging shift/headcount availability with Management.-Monitor Takt time versus scheduled orders weekly, review FG availability in the Distribution Center.-Drive RM shortage escalations with Sourcing Management. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality in sample testing, yield performance and Supplier evaluations.-Release purchase orders according to accurate LT, price and MOQ. Receiving, Invoice and Transport Claim resolution. SCAR follow up if needed. VMI management for high demand items.-Monitor of Excess and Obsolete inventory, PO deferral to meet Corporate goals.-Execute Kaizens to optimize shipping costs for Sponges area and to determine Safety Stocks according to Commodity and supply constraints for all items.

-Onsite Materials representative at Contract Manufacturer (CM) Foxconn, member of the Global Material Management team.-Review all Site material escalations and involve Commodity Managers as required, request stock from Juniper Buffer Inventory locations strategically.-Drive Processor Commodity´s shortage escalations for Juniper CMs directly with Vendors.-Oversee timely shortage resolution for the plant´s Top40 SKUs with highest revenue.-Approve Purchase Price Variances to buy material from Open Market.-Coordinate with other sites for allocation decisions and secure Global Revenue goals.-Align with Planning and improve deliveries of key items to increase Clear to Build.

Remote working with the below responsibilities:-Buyer of 1K Clinical Accessories and Production line items, with inventory value of $4M USD.-Relationship Management with GEHC affiliates and suppliers from Europe, Asia and the United States.-Release Purchase Requisitions, negotiate changes in delivery date and monitor incoming shipments. Invoice and pricing discrepancy resolution.-Communicate with Planning, Logistics, Sourcing and Supplier Quality to secure continuity of supply. Root cause analysis if applicable.-Execute Planning reports: VMI Demand, Clear to Build.-Review MRP accuracy for ERP LT, MOQ, and Sourcing Rule.-Allocate excess material for inventory costs reduction.-Materials Representative in a Supplier Transfer and a Last Time Buy.-ECO and digital Kanban loops knowledge.-Clinical Accessories Rework Project: Design and lead the material flow process. Collaborate with Global Product Manager and Growth Leader to ensure future customer orders are fulfilled.

-EDI and SupplyOn project: 30 suppliers enrolled. Responsible of customized SAP setups on Bosch side, verify supplier compliance to Bosch EDI standards.-Execution of daily Raw Material and Finished Good Planning reports: Past due orders, Inventory projection and targets per planner code, blocked and revalidated material, Planned orders vs Customer Demand.-Development of a Customer EDI errors report.-Automotive analysis of sales, inventory and production levels of Ford, GM, FCA, Honda and Nissan.

-Requisition of IMDS submissions for part numbers to international suppliers. Problem solving with them to correct rejected data. -Usage of WISE portal to establish lifecycle status of part numbers.
