- Researched and Designed Smart Drawer to solved problem of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) during maintenance.- Calculated, simulated, and manufactured an electrical system using redundant low-cost components such as sensor, controller, and actuators, significantly reduced overall expences and enhanced reliability.- Troubleshooted by creating a testing program for malfunctioning sensors in each tray’s drawer using C algortihm, thereby accelerating project progress from 40% to 80% within 2 months.- Successfully integrated data from 50+ tools sensor and employee identification via RFID and storing the information in the cloud through Internet of Things (IoT).

About the competition :TEKNOFEST Savaşan İHA 2022 is a fighter Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) competition held in Samsun, Turkey, by the Turkish government. This competition has several main missions such as dogfights, locking opponents, auto takeoff and landing, and kamikaze attacks.Responsibilities :- Calculated the battery capacity and motor specifications required for the aircraft weighing approximately 4 kg to complete the entire mission in one round lasting approximately 1 hour.- Designed and implemented the aircraft wiring system while considering the communication interface connections and power supply between hardware.- Tested and simulated single-board computer components using Raspberry Pi, a Google Coral accelerator, and an SBC camera for object detection and tracking purposes during enemy aircraft dogfight missions.- Created a Ground Control Station using Python Tkinter and MAVlink communication to transmit necessary data to the committee, such as video transmission and telemetry data like GPS position, flight mode, and altitude.- Operate the Ground Control Station using Mission Planner software to determine waypoints, parameters, and aircraft configuration.- Analyzed and calculated communication needs, such as hardware devices like Telemetry, RC, and Wi-Fi, as well as frequency requirements such as 433MHz, 5GHz, and 2.4GHz, to prevent interference between communication devices.- Created collaboration between programming, mechanical, and managerial divisions to ensure comprehensive and effective research and development.Key Achievements :- Position 8 out of 444 teams around the world from undergraduate to doctoral level.- Evaluation of Preliminary Design Report & Critical Design Report achieved a score of 72/100.

About the competition:Kontes Robot Terbang Indonesia or KRTI 2021 is a research competition for flying robots/drones intended for all universities in Indonesia, organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. One of the competition categories I participated in is the electric fixed-wing drone category, which has the main mission of surveillance, mapping, and dropping payloads for COVID-affected areas.Responsibilities:- Calculated the power system and propulsion system component requirements for flights up to 5 km from base or lasting around 30 minutes, including corridor mapping, area scanning, and payload drops, using ecalc.com software.- Determined the flight controller system using Pixhawk for autonomous flying along roads while conducting mapping.- Selected a pocket camera for mapping, FPV camera for monitoring, and SBC Camera for image processing.- Designed and implementing wiring diagrams for the entire system components to ensure proper integration of communication interfaces and power supply between devices.- Operated Ground Control Station (GCS) using Mission Planner software responsible for determining waypoints, parameters, and aircraft configuration.- Stitched maps using Agisoft Metashape. Additionally, Ortho Mapping and geoprocessing using Arcmap ArcGIS.- Collaborated between mechanical, programming, pilot and managerial divisions to conduct comprehensive and effective drone research and development.Key Achievements :- 1st place in the fixed-wing category.- Overall champion of the entire KRTI 2021 competition.- Rating for map results: 8/10.
