My passion is finding problems and leading teams to find solutions. I have led multiple projects from concept generation to prototype and then production handoff and support, acting as Project Lead, Systems Integration Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer. I have been in charge of engineering and fabrication teams. I am an experienced engineer specializing in the design of machined and sheetmetal components using Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA), Value Engineering techniques, and structural simulation using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). I have designed actively and passively cooled electronic enclosures utilizing heat pipes and conduction cooling, analyzing and validating the design using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) before conducting real-world and bench testing to validate the CFD.
