I am responsible for differentiating AFS's approach and value proposition with senior political, business-line and IT leadership as well as shaping AFS offerings that align with accute, prioritized agency performance and innovation needs. I have written extensively on "digital decoupling" that can free agencies from legacy infrastructure and opening data for greater usage and shariring. Additionally, I have co-created an IT Modernization Maturity Assessment approach and established data management/governance assessment and implementation approaches to support federal Chief Data Officers.
