Founded a non-profit organization created with students for students. We understand that there are millions of individuals that have a dream of furthering their education to the collegiate level, but are often hampered by finances. Statistics show that 30% of college students leave within their first year and almost 50% never graduate, mostly due to financial stressors. Funding for educational programs help many, but often fall short even for those within their boundaries. So many times prospective students do not fit into the neat little box that states require for their grants and awards. Child & Family Support Services was founded in 2003 under the premise that the best environment for children and young adults is with their families and in their own communities. We have committed ourselves to developing in-home and community support that is unique and individualized. We specialize in partnering with families to build effective relationships and to inspire hope for a positive future.Responsible for overseeing multiple behavioral health programs for children and young adults.Additional duties include: Managing day to day operations of support provided in Flagstaff. Partnering with stakeholders (responding to funding sources, creating relationships with partner agencies, etc.) Overseeing contract requirements and compliance for the programs managed Measuring and tracking progress and outcomes for young people and families Communicating effectively with families, Child and Family Team members (stakeholders, therapists, case managers, etc), agency management and Clinical Coordinators Participating in recruiting, interviewing and hiring Providing supervision, coaching and support to Clinical Coordinators and other employees Promoting employee development and evaluating employee performance Providing direct support to young people and families Facilitating team meetings Modeling company values And other duties related to the provision, coordination and oversight of direct support and other outpatient behavioral health services.
