Business Management Supporter
CurrentMember of the Power, Electrical & Automation Solutions (PEAS) Leadership Team, DenmarkSupport the leadership team with various administrative tasks related to daily operations and strategic development of the department.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee project follow-up, including invoicing and monthly status reporting.- Assist with operational tasks such as reviewing inquiries, gathering CVs, and preparing simple proposals and presentations.- Plan and execute departmental meetings and events.- Conduct quality assurance checks on CVs, references, and business processes to maintain high standards.- Provide support to the management team as needed, including filing, calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.- Proofread documents in both Danish and English.
