I am responsible for the e2e testing of the seller native app on both iOS and Android platforms by making sure all functionalities and designs meet user acceptance criteria as well as performing integration tests with the dealer platform by collaborating with QAs from other teams.Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with stakeholders and development team to set up the test approach, test strategy and test plan documentation. Defining and taking ownership of test processes and management of the mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Creating test plans, test reports and test data whilst adhering to the established standards. Creating a bug template to increase the team’s productivity and coaching the team about the standard of reporting bug issues. Contributing to writing detailed acceptance criteria and estimating stories during sprint planning. Identifying gaps for automation and developing UI automation scripts for iOS using XCUITest and Android using Espresso thereby improving test efficiency and reliability. Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate the build, test anddeployment process. Collaborating with developers to integrate automated tests into the development workflow, resulting infaster feedback loops and higher software quality. Line managing junior testers to share best practices and helping them to reach set goals. Championing quality agile practices across the organisation.

I played a key role in the expansion of the game portfolios as a QA engineer by thoroughly testing the native mobile application and collaborating with the developers to identify system and integration testing requirements from the existing functional specifications.Key Responsibilities: Investigated, identified, analyzed, defined and documented the business processes for the applicationunder test. Conducted sanity and smoke testing of critical functionalities of the application. Extensive manual testing on the application under test, testing the usability and GUI. Used Jira zephyr to manually document test processes, bugs and raise issues. Collaborated with the developers to document the API contracts and performed API testing using postman. Participated in regular reviews and scrum events with developers to resolve various issues. Participated in refinement sessions and estimation of user stories. Checked Firebase to confirm mobile app events analytics and crash logs then reported all issues todevelopers for debugging. Created a detailed release checklist to abide by and clarity on what the exit criteria are. Documented the test approach for knowledge sharing within the team.
