I am currently Head of Strategy and Relations at Converlens, an Australian data analytics company, specialising in public engagement, that uses AI and machine learning to collect, manage and anlayse quantitative and qualitative data.I have over 30 years’ public sector experience in policy and service delivery and has held a range of leadership positions in the Australian Public Service.I have expertise in the areas of engagement, leadership, strategy development, change management, and team building for high performance, gained through successfully leading large scale public sector operations in high risk environments.I was the architect of the Australian Public Service Framework for Engagement and Participation and was formerly the co-chair of the OGP Practice Group on Dialogue and Deliberation
