Damian is a wealth manager and the founder of Custom Wealth. He has been in the wealth management financial services industry for over 25 years. He began his career at American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA) in 1997. His civil engineering degree gave him the knowledge and tools to analyze complex issues for his clients. He still to this day needs to understand the entire financial situation of a client before he can provide recommendations. Clients have a choice on how to work Damian whereas he does fee-based planning and/or asset management, life and disability insurance and/or works extensively with some of clients on meeting their securitized real estate needs. Although he has been doing financial planning since he began his career, he began working with DSTs and other real estate-based investments in 2005. He realized how much value he can provide to real estate investors through the education of their options when they want to sell their investment properties.Damian graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland. He holds a California insurance license, as well as Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) & 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) securities registrations. Damian was awarded with the Quality of Advice while at AEFA, earned his Charter Financial Consultant from the American College of Financial Services and has been recognized as an "Outstanding Financial Professional" every year from 2016 – 2020. He is married to his lovely wife Elizabeth for almost 20 years and they have 3 children, Isabella, Maxwell and Sofia.
