Working remotely, I was tasked with using my own intuition when problem solving customer issues whilst also working in a sales environment offering customers the vast range of products that may fit their needs whilst also resolving their issue and in turn showing myself to be competent in multitasking. A range of my duties included ● Getting customers heating systems back online usingtroubleshooting methods via webchat and phone calls● Using problem solving skills to detect issues with customerssmart devices and find a solution● Working as part of a team in order to find the best resolution forthe customer● Using a variety of different software to find solutions for thecustomers

Working completely remote for large periods of my employment showed me to be a motivated individual and constantly put the needs of the customer first by delivering excellent customer service. This role also entailed sales aspect where i regularly met sales targets whilst also dealing with payment and technical issues. some of my main duties were● Dealing with customer queries on a day to day basis.● Delivering excellent customer service,● Dealing with direct debits and credit card payments● Promoting and selling Sky products.● Demonstrating excellent listening and interpersonal skills● Showing excellent problem solving skills

Having moved to the other side of the world I worked in all of Australia's big cities as a construction worker here I Showed a great work ethic and physical and mental strengthworking in what was some days 38-degree heat I also Carried out all aspects of blockwork .and used power tools to cut block to the required size.
