• Managing a number of departments including marketing, IT, guest service and operations
• Maximising profit through continuous monitoring of KPI’s and devising solutions to bring any exceptions to tolerance levels back into line.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, to ensure optimum benefit.
• Setting budgets for the business and overseeing weekly checks and balances.
• Working on setting of company wide strategy, to maximise triple bottom line results

• Role:
• Working within the consultancy division of Cinemanext, Europe’s largest digital cinema integrator, delivering projects in Germany, UK, Romania, Slovakia, Ireland, Kuwait and Scandinavia, as the operations expert for.
• Operations data analyst role, researching and producing reports for use by clients in assessing the viability of business decisions.
• Working with architects and fit out contractors, to ensure the effective design of new developments.
• Managing a technical engineer team and working with the Cinemanext networked operations centre, based in Belgium to ensure rapid response to any technical issues experienced by customers.Key Achievements:
• Setting up of the company’s equipment sales, installation and service division in the UK.

Initially hired to launch AMC Theatres in the UK. I was then tasked with auditing operations within all AMC’s European cinemas (8 cinemas, 5 countries).
