Born in Liverpool, raised by wolves, educated by men in black dresses.I have over twenty-five years of filmmaking experience, firstly as a grip in NYC, then as a screenwriter with the BBC and now as the Creative Director of the video production company, BRAVEMAN Media, based in sunny South Florida.I have directed numerous music videos and hundreds of commercials for awesome clients including Xendoo, Chocolate.com, South Florida Fair, ComplyRight, and Remitly. I recently worked with Danny Trejo, Bas Rutten, and Georges St-Pierre for Karate Combat. Along with BRAVEMAN Media, I have produced and directed films for world renowned late artist and designer, Michael Singer, for painter Trevor Young and for Florida’s very own Ruben Ubiera. My first feature film, Across the Rails, one of the few independent feature films to be shot entirely in South Florida, accumulated a number of awards in Europe and the US including for Best Feature Film, Best Cinematography, and Best Actress for Otmara Marrero. The show was a first-of-its-kind branded narrative series promoting St. Pete/Clearwater as a beautiful tourist destination. It was commissioned by Visit Florida, Visit St. Pete Clearwater with additional support from the St. Pete Film Commission. Life’s Rewards is now streaming on Amazon Prime.I also work as a mixed media artist incorporating my love of fantasy and storytelling. I take everyday objects, mostly from my childhood, and reimagine them – water guns, dinosaurs, robots and UFO’s. By placing them in unique environments, these objects take on new meaning.When not making films, I’m either hanging out on the beach with my dog, Mookie, or surfing.
