I have an experience in multiple Business Intelligence projects, mostly for the Supply Chain. Manufacturing and Quality departments. Using ETL technologies, such as RPA, Alteryx, and Matillion, I have developed a range of solutions including:- Supplier Scorecard; I developed and maintained an Alteryx Workflow for over 2 years. The process involved gathering raw supplier rate data from SAP and SPS systems, calculating various metrics using custom algorithms and additional information provided by the customer. The final data was then output in an easy-to-read format placed in SharePoint and stored in a database for further analysis in Qlik Sense.- 8D Management; I was responsible for the first phase of the project. The 8D process is a problem-solving methodology used to identify, correct, and prevent recurring problems in a systematic way. The key objective of the project was to visualize current and archival processes and analyze how effective they were.- Customer Scorecard; I introduced custom RPA architecture into the organization and then led a team of developers who created several solutions to automatically retrieve scorecard data from various Portals, effectively addressing a lack of programming interfaces.

This software was specifically developed for a Norwegian client in the heavy industry area, and was aimed at improving their maintenance operations and minimizing downtime caused by component failure.- A comprehensive sales management platform designed to efficiently manage and track sales activities for businesses. It was created with the ability to handle hierarchical sales teams with multiple levels of management. An easy-to-use interface was provided for team members at all levels. The platform had robust sales tracking capabilities, allowing sales data to be monitored and analyzed in real-time, enabling informed decisions about sales strategies to be made. Along with sales tracking, the application included various accounting features that streamlined financial processes. Margins and commissions for sales representatives and accountants could be calculated by the platform, simplifying complex financial calculations. Payment histories were also tracked, making it easy to see who had already been paid and who was still due for payment.- A cutting-edge cybersecurity software solution developed to enhance user authentication processes, providing a highly secure and convenient non-password SSO experience through a dedicated mobile app on their smartphones. Advanced cybersecurity protocols were leveraged by the platform to ensure the protection of user data while also streamlining user workflows with swift and seamless authentication processes.

Working at E-Studio, I gained valuable experience developing custom CRM systems and e-commerce platforms, as well as designing and developing websites, e-commerce shops, portals, and software applications. My experience also included gathering and analyzing customer requirements.
