Having qualified in Bristol at Edward Symmons in 2006, I have since been based in London providing Red Book valuation advice to all the key specialist development lenders and UK clearers. In addition, I advise a number of niche residentially focussed funds.My primary focus has been on residential led developments and investments and, more recently, aligning with the demand and drive towards the Alternative Living sectors.On a personal front, being outnumbered at home with two young daughters I try to escape for a round of golf (unsuccessfully) or struggle with triathlon training.
