After law school, Damian worked for Fulbright and Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) where he worked in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Mississippi, and Texas en route becoming a senior associate in the litigation department. He then went to work with his father and brother at Pieper Bar Review to help guide the company into the world of online education and testing. He has taken and passed the New York Bar Exam, the Maine Bar Exam, and the Uniform Bar Exam (in Alaska), and prepares students for all aspects of the Uniform Bar Exam (administered in over 40 jurisdictions across the country) and MPRE. He teaches Uniform Bar Exam courses at Pieper Bar Review and at Fordham Law School and New York Law School. He also works one-on-one tutoring students for the UBE, MPRE, and their law school courses. He is the Associate Justice of the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill, New York, and a member of the New York State Magistrates Association and the Nassau County Magistrates Association.
