I have more than two decades of experience building and growing software companies. Prior to founding Zaruko Advisors, I was the co-founder and CEO of Netrics, Inc., the first in the world to develop commercial software products using machine learning and machine intelligence to solve database record retrieval and record linkage. I led the company for ten years before it was acquired by a public company. Zaruko Advisors is a C-suite consulting firm that advises Private Equity, Venture Capital, and CEOs of enterprise software companies with annual revenues of $5m-$105M on all facets of their business — from enterprise sales to operations, and from technology to recruitment. As a seasoned business leader and technology specialist, I go beyond the balance sheet to help CEO’s avoid potential constraints on the growth of their company. I help refine their go-to-market strategy to drive revenue and business growth and help CTOs align technology initiatives with business goals.I earned a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Computer Science from Princeton University and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from McGill University. I’m a passionate advocate for public education and have served on the Board of Trustees at a local public school since 2012.
