I have more than thirty years Management Consulting experience, specialising Design, Manufacturing, Innovation and Site Strategy. I have helped leaders deliver technology, market, and performance breakthroughs in the Electronics, Medical Device, and Pharma sectors worldwide.After almost two decades helping Life Sciences companies to see WHY they needed digitalisation, I found Expleo just as the question was changing to HOW? After Covid, the sector could no longer claim to be immune to digital disruption, and it began to ask: How do we do it? Where do we start? Who can we trust? How can we make sure that we get it right?I found that Expleo uniquely positioned to answer these questions. Created 2018 in a merger between French Engineering company Assyatems, and German Software Assurance company SQS, Expleo is a new name for a group with decades of industry experience.
