I've spent 30 years exploring tech, built two restaurants from the ground up, and now live at the intersection of both. Frankly, I just love building stuff. I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and truly love the multi-cultural cities that I've lived in.My hands-on experience has ranged widely. That may mean a better website, or improving their digital marketing, or some custom application, or perhaps helping with operational issues.As an IT leader I have demonstrated success across various major technology platforms and disciplines including high volume, mission-critical internet. 18+ years leading teams of 2-200 staff members including offshore. Delivered an average of 30 projects each year ranging from $25K to $5M+ budget. Six Sigma and PMI training, along with Myers-Briggs, Whole Message Model, etc.Particular focus on internet and wireless/mobile technologies. Broad experience developing high performing teams and individuals, in a large corporate as well as small business environments.Hands-on entrepreneur in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
