- Overseeing the management of key accounts (licensed programs) from the day to day communication through to the management of their yearly programs.- Build and maintain a strong and consistent business relationship with existing clients, licensors and other key stakeholders.- Leverage additional revenue streams via existing key accounts and relationships and expand networks where opportunities arise.- Work closely with the Art Director and the Licensing Manager to develop new products and new distribution channels.- Presenting of new ranges and products to key accounts.- Implementation of the design and approval process for all ranges and products. - Develop planning calendars to ensure key timelines are met for sell-ins to major clients.- Adhering to and enforcing the company’s timeline for creation of artwork, production timeframe, freight, POS etc for key accounts.- Management of internal ordering, reporting and tracking systems (AP21 and Fast React/Vision). - Management of the club’s delivery requirements which includes assisting the warehouse with the allocation of stock and co-ordinating the distribution of stock for key accounts.- Working closely with other internal departments such as design/art, warehouse, production and sales departments to ensure ranges are designed and delivered to suit both club and retail requirements.- Communicating directly with manufacturers and suppliers with all general queries, art and sample approvals, product development and production of goods as per specifications and within appropriate timeframes.
