Also, proactively enforcing creativity and high level comprehension using lectures, seminars, projects, and team building to reinforce employees on the company strategies, purpose and objectives. • Assess organizational needs and design or implement appropriate curriculum to further develop and enhance the knowledge, skills and capabilities of all employees and managers. • Align all performance and learning solutions to the organization’s leadership framework competencies. Research, monitor and evaluate results of programs. • Analyze performance and learning needs at the individual, team and/or organizational level. • Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and customers.• Develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.

Utilize technology to acquire information related to program participants. Ensure all files on each participant are kept up to date and database reflects latest attendance details. Identify needs of patrons and link them with appropriate staff to fulfill their needs, while promoting quality customer service and communication skills. Works with other Program Assistants to coordinate work activities, meet deadlines, and provide substantial support where needed.

Current undergraduate research assistant for the REAL Project that assist in investigating, observing, and gathering information on comprehension of relationship experiences over a life span at different stages of life. Research assistants are responsible for administrative, operational, and technical tasks such as interviewing, data entry, and interpersonal skills.
