I believe the interaction between a product and its user is an amazing thing. Nothing makes people more frustrated than when something is supposed to do something for them and either it does not work at all or is so difficult to use that they wish they had never bothered. Life does not need to be this way! I am passionate about good product design and believe that just a little bit of though goes a long way. The customer is at the center of everything I do and we as designers have to keep that in mind.
