Main responsibilities:-Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations-Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.)​-Coordinate resources, onboard project teams and ensure effective completion of project milestones​-Identify potential sales opportunities-Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer process and needs, and cost effective​-Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction​-Growth and develop customer's channels​

Client facing role with full management of digital projects for Canada and US market. Main tasks are:-Clients’ needs and preferences identification, negotiation and offering of additional services-Customer's requirements collection and translation into tasks for internal production teams-Project execution coordination between internal departments (Design, Production, Delivery)-Project timeline management-Project margin control-SOW preparation, budget approval and invoicing in internal CRM -Project risks identification and timely escalation-Use of JIRA for project tracking-Proactive upselling/cross-selling

Full management of integration projects for US market:- Gathering and analysis of customer needs. - Writing of technical documentation with the requirements and specifications of each integration project. - Maintenance of communication between the projects' stakeholders. - Represent the technical team when communicating with customers and partners. - Follow up on projects and their progress according to timelines and goals. - Writing of Internal documentation and guidelines. - Onboarding of new hires.

Working with US market performing the following tasks: -Coordination and leadership of a team of +20 people-P&L preparation and control-Forecast elaboration-Billing process and collection follow-up-Design, review and negotiation of contracts-Project delivery-Risks evaluation and mitigation plan definition-Meetings with client for current projects status review and upcoming projects discussion

Technical support to the commercial team in the sale of ERP solutions. Main tasks developed:-Consulting sales-Preparation and presentation of product demos for C-level management and other decision makers.-Functional and technical support for scope definition and business closing.-Management and implementation of some of the sold projects-RFP and RFI documentation filling-Preparation of educational materials.
