Commercial and Residential real estate specialist.Originally trained as Mechanical Engineer, worked in Automotive Engineering, Design, Manufacturing for 24 years. In the second half of that career, I set up & led a cost-optimisation team for Aston Martin Car company that resulted in production cost savings of 24% using design, commercial & financial methods. I set up a strategy to speed up common vehicle repairs, resulting in significant warranty savings & lower ownership costs (which also benefits vehicle residual values & improves brand reputation), a strategy Jaguar Car company later mirrored with a team of 44 staff.I moved into Romanian Real Estate in 2007 to create the brand, White Mountain Property (www.whitemountain.ro) starting as a Residential Property Management & Rental agency in Brasov, Romania, later expanding in 2014 into Bucharest with 2 more offices. In 2017 we added Commercial & Industrial Real Estate & transacted one of the top 20 commercial sales nationally. One area we have been strong at, combining my past work experience, is in Property/ Asset optimization, such as improving property yield.
