My mission is to support the delivery of excellence, effectiveness and safety in the provision of person-centred care, and exceptional experiences for all people.As the Executive Director | Clinical Excellence and Systems Improvement at The Royal Women's Hospital, I lead the functions that ensure the quality and safety of care for women and newborns, the alignment of strategy, planning, performance, and the innovation and improvement of systems, processes and new capital infrastructure. I also serve as a Non Executive Board Director & Deputy Chair at Better Health Network, a not for profit (NFP) community health services organisation that provides accessible and affordable healthcare to diverse and vulnerable populations in SE Melbourne. In this role, I contribute to the strategic direction, governance and oversight of the organisation, drawing particularly on my expertise in operational and strategic leadership, clinical governance and enterprise risk management.
