Held a number of manufacturing roles with Pfizer Chemical and Pharmaceutical Divisions, in Terre Haute Indiana, Ringaskiddy Ireland, Pfizer New York HQ, and Groton Connecticut: Commissioned and started up an API synthesis plant after extensive upgrade, built the operating team, transferred in products and successfully ramped up production to meet steep growth in demand.  Led manufacturing operations for a multi-product API synthesis plant, responsible for new product launch, process optimization, and supply of high value products.  Led a biorecovery and organic synthesis department manufacturing a range of food chemicals. Achieved a threefold increase in throughput through team engagement, focused process optimization, and with minimal targeted capital investment. Led the Groton Site process automation and development team, developed continuous manufacturing, process automation and PAT across multiple manufacturing platforms.
