Damian has accumulated over 18 years of experience participating directly and indirectly in digital transformation initiatives. He has vast experience in strategic dialogues that drive organizations to adopt AI solutions and data-driven culture, as well as managing programs that implement AI applications at scale. More recently, he has led several Smart Factory projects that adopt modern scalable architecture in AI solutions to successful completion in Western Digital. He also led in an initiative in getting two of Western Digital's smart factories certified as “lighthouses” and added to the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Lighthouse Network.Over the years, Damian has taken up various roles – as a developer, people manager, presales professional, solutions consultant and architect, program manager – in both vendor and end-user environments, working closely with C-levels and technical leaders from various industries ranging from banking, insurance, telco, airlines, retail, manufacturing, and government, in providing solutions and advisory that directly solve business challenges.
