Property incorporates the largest suite in the Southern Hemisphere (990sqm), several jet aircraft and the biggest team of butlers in Australia. Runner up for Manager of the Year 2014, of several hundred managers. Assisted with the opening of Crown Towers Manila, in 2015.

With the takeover by the Indigenous Land Corporation in May 2011, the property underwent a refurbishment and upgraded to reclaim its rightful place as an icon in the Australian Tourism portfolio. Also responsible for the "Sounds of Silence" outside catering, accommodating up to 1800 people weekly, several food service outlets external to the property and Qantas in-flight catering services. Finished here due to remote schooling issues. -
