Responsible for this 231-room property, the five-star facility at Ayers Rock in Central Australia. With the takeover by the Indigenous Land Corporation in May 2011, the property underwent a refurbishment and upgraded to reclaim its rightful place as an icon in the Australian Tourism portfolio. Also responsible for the "Sounds of Silence" outside catering, accommodating up to 1800 people weekly, several food service outlets external to the property and Qantas in-flight catering services. Finished here due to remote schooling issues.
