As HR Advisor at Motivaction I am the liaison between employees and the course of business; how can we secure an optimal workforce consisting out of inspired and engaged people, that resonates with Motivaction's strategic direction? From this personal mission statement I aim at connecting personal goals and training needs with strategic goals. You will meet me at all your milestones during a Motivaction-career, including but not limited to: onboarding, training & development, performance cycle, promotions and parenthood.

During this period of my studies, all 96 students worked together as a consultancy agency called Peperclip. Every student was placed in a cel worked with three to four others on two paid assignments at external organisations. The students were responsible for acquiring these two assignments themselves.At Peperclip, I worked on two assignments as an HR Consultant. Also, I was chairman of the Schakelpepers, who carried the liaison roles and discussed general matters.
