Delivered Qpass' digital commerce products to market, with more than a dozen minor releases and four major releases. Shipped new products as well as follow-on releases of existing ones. Managed product development and support organization of software engineers, testers, technical writers, project managers/Scrum masters on 3 continents. Grew team from 30 to 115. Converted methods from waterfall-oriented process to iterative, with Scrum as the cornerstone technique.

Built systems integration / solutions capability from ground up for a small software company. Grew department from 0 to 35 software engineers and project managers, with cross-functional responsibility for testing as well. Established engineering and project management practices, beginning with with involvement in the project sales process all the way through delivery into our managed services environment. Responsible for deliverying projects worth $3MM in revenue to Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecommunications providers.
