Damian Sanchez is an award winning music composer and interactive audio creator based in Valencia, Spain.Professional degree in Piano and Percussion by the “José Iturbi” conservatory in Valencia and bachelor degree in Composition by the “Salvador Seguí” superior music conservatory in Castellón.He is currently music composer and audio director at Madrid-based video game development studio Crema, creators of the acclaimed multiplayer creature-capture adventure “Temtem” and the rogue-lite FPS set in Egypt, “Immortal Redneck.”Other notable previous projects include “The Knight Witch,” “Rise and Shine,” “Blues and Bullets,” and the acclaimed “GRIS” (additional sound design) among others.In the field of music for performing arts, he has worked for a large number of Valencian companies, highlighting the projects “Migrare”, “LÙ” and “Mulïer” by Maduixa Teatre, “Poder i Santedat” and “Valenciana: La realitat no és sufficient” from the Valencian Institute of Culture; and “La bambolla de Julia” and “Salüq” by Maquinant Teatre, among others.His music for “Mulïer” was awarded as “Best Musical Composition for Stage Show” award at the XX Premios MAX and Premios de las Artes Escénicas Valencianas in 2017 and 2018 respectively.
