About Damian Schneider
Currently, I lead the Innovation Design team at On, which consists of three sub-teams: the Performance Concept, Sustainability Concept, and Visual Exploration teams. The two concept teams are 'Think + Do Tanks' that operate at the intersection of innovation and design. Their task is to develop platforms that, on one hand, give athletes a competitive advantage and elevate the performance of our products to a new level, and on the other hand, are groundbreaking in how we produce products in the future, considering the entire lifecycle. The Visual Exploration team works in close collaboration with all creative teams in Footwear, Apparel, Accessories, and Innovation. This team pushes the boundaries through aesthetic experiments and exploration.
