As a coach, I do more than ask questions and provide objective feedback. I help clients understand and develop their unique talents and strengths. I guide them through self-reflection and assessments. Where they have blind spots, I help them see. When they need clear input and feedback, I am a sounding board and thought partner. I provide clear, candid feedback with compassion. My agenda is their success however they define that. I also love working with groups and teams by conducting hands-on CliftonStrengths workshops. As a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, I cherish the moments of epiphany when individuals perceive the significance of their unique talents and strengths. You are one in 33 million - not just one in a million. Helping participants and clients understand and lean into this truth is a source of joy to me! I’ve built a mosaic of knowledge, skills, and expertise through my career and life experiences. I’ve worked in large, global organizations as well as small, scrappy, early-stage businesses. I’ve recruited, hired, and managed dozens of individuals. I’ve mentored teams and developed talent. I’ve managed others in every direction: up, down, and sideways. I offer years of experience helping 100s of clients navigate all phases of their careers and guiding 100s of individuals as they recognize and embrace their talents and strengths in new and meaningful ways. The individual clients with whom I engage are seeking a coach to help in one of these areas: 1. Determining what’s next in their career based on their motivations, interests, skills, and talents2. Successfully conducting a job search while leaning into their talents and strengths, those things that make them uniquely powerful3. Excelling in their current role or transitioning into a new role in a strategic, thoughtful wayIf this describes you, then let's talk: damian@dgzcoaching.com
