During this tenure, I was responsible for improving social accountability, governance, and policy influence by expanding community and government stakeholder capacity. Along with overseeing the overall activities of FollowTheMoney's national/international chapters, members, and volunteers received technical assistance and regular capacity building, I also conducted extensive research for recognising and securing target audiences through development and implementation of communication strategies. Furthermore, I streamlined processes by evaluating and finalising work tasks of team members as well as recruited, trained, and empowered qualified personnel to fill critical positions via robust recruitment strategies.A small selection of my key highlights includes:• Monitored and implemented projects of up to $4M in grants and product revenue whilst directing 40+ young Nigerians and 10 others all over Africa.• Achieved an 800% increment in the organization’s civic tech product development via the execution of effective strategies.• Raised organisation’s mission and sustainability by creating and forging productive relations with top-tier international organisations, donors, and funding partners.• Informed media (print, radio, television, and social media) and the general public about the company’s impact, projects, and activities by inviting to discussions.• Increased FollowTheMoney civic tech product subscribers and directed online/offline engagements by employing highly-engaging strategies.• Orchestrated end-to-end operations, comprising data mining, campaign activation, community outreach, and town hall meetings of special events and award-winning impact of FollowTheMoney's work in local communities.• Offered regular capacity building and technical support as well as monitored donor money for particular products/projects in start-ups of FollowTheMoney.• Determined improvement areas and bridged communication gaps by delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Here as Community Engagement Manager, I was responsible for gathering and assessing information for documenting, recording, and updating records/reports, including budgets, personnel records, and training materials. I spearheaded all aspects of projects for securing funds and forecasting outcomes. Along with delivering top-tier leadership direction to staff for improving team productivity, I also liaised with donor contracts for maintaining budgets, track expenses, and avoid overages.My key achievements include:• Acquired state governors approval/sign on law by achieving Parliament in three Nigerian states to pass Water Bill.• Enhanced team productivity by supporting in daily functions, such as prioritising tasks, organising team members, and delegating responsibilities.• Assessed and accomplished Community Engagement Department's board of directors and senior management objectives by crafting administrative procedures.• Ensured smooth flow of organisational operations whilst adhering to local, state, federal, and international regulations and policies for programme staff and managers.• Drove FollowTheMoney movement whilst administering a diverse team of experts and demographics.

My primary duty in this role was to deliver government projects in communities by managing the recruitment/training of community champions across Nigeria.
